How do you help us choose the right materials for different dog sizes?
We do not recommend materials blindly.
For each product category, we provide material & structure matching suggestions based on: Dog size (small / medium / large), Target load range, Outdoor usage frequency, Price positioning of your market. For example: Harnesses vary in fabric thickness, padding, and hardware strength; Foldable beds use different Textilene weaving & GSM depending on load
Can you customize products for our brand (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. We support both OEM and ODM manufacturing. Customization options include: 1. Size & structure adjustments, 2. Fabric & material selection, 3. Color matching, 4. Logo & labeling, 5. Packaging solutions. For ODM projects, we can assist from concept refinement to sample testing, ensuring the design is manufacturable and cost-controlled.
What is your MOQ and is it flexible for new products?
We understand that overseas sellers often need to test the market first. Standard models: MOQ 300pcs/color size. New developments or heavy customization: MOQ adjusted based on complexity. Sample orders are available for evaluation. Our MOQ strategy is designed to support long-term cooperation, not one-time sales.
How do you ensure product quality for repeated bulk orders?
